Product Introduction: 

TUW- LJJ-01 Environmental friendly flame-retardant cleaning agent is a colorless and transparent non combustible organic composite solvent cleaning agent with strong solubility, low viscosity, low boiling point, volatility, and rapid drying characteristics. It has efficient cleaning ability for oils, particles, organic matter, and other substances without residual traces. It does not contain harmful haloalkane such as trichloroethylene and dichloromethane, has little damage to the atmospheric ozone layer, has no dissolution effect on most plastic rubbers, and has no corrosion on metals. It is an environmentally friendly, safe to use, and recyclable cleaning agent, which can be used in metal cleaning, electronic cleaning, leather and wool degreasing, printing ink cleaning, household appliances cleaning and other fields.

Health and Safety Matters:

1. Handling and Storage
Cleaning: Spraying, soaking, steam washing, and other methods can be used forcleaning. Due to its fast volatilization rate, it is not recommended to directly contact open cleaning with human hands when using in large quantities. It is suitable for closed cleaning in ultrasonic cleaning machines with distillation and recovery devices, which is beneficial for recycling and reducing volatilization. Steam cleaning should be used within the temperature range of 50-70 ℃, and the cleaning tank should be set in the form of condensation recovery. If the temperature is too high, it will affect the cleaning power of the product and is not conducive to energy conservation. 

Cleaning agent replacement: The replacement of cleaning agent is determined based on its color and oil content. If the color becomes dark or dirty, and the oil content reaches 50%, the cleaning agent needs to be replaced and recycled for future use. 
Precautions for operation: Avoid contact with eyes and skin, wear protective glasses and gloves during operation, and operate in a ventilated area. 

Storage precautions: Store at room temperature in a cool and ventilated place toprevent wind, sun, rain, and moisture absorption. 
2、 Exposure control/personal protection 
Engineering control: Provide sufficient local ventilation, shower and eye wash equipment. 
Personal protective equipment: 
Respiratory protection: Wear a mask. 
Hand protection: Wear protective gloves. 
Eye protection: wear safety goggles when foam splashes. 
Skin and body protection: Wear protective work clothes. 
3、Physical and chemical hazards 
Stability: The product is stable and inactive under normal use, storage, and transportation conditions, without any abnormal fire or explosion hazards. 
Possible hazardous reactions: No hazardous reactions observed under normal use conditions. 
Conditions to avoid contact: Contact with prohibited substances. 
Prohibited substances: strong acids, strong oxidizing agents. 

Hazardous decomposition products: There are no known hazardous decomposition products.

Health hazards: Prolonged contact with the skin may cause skin inflammation. 

Environmental hazard: It is harmful to aquatic organisms and has long-term and continuous impact, and must be treated before discharge according to regulations.


First-aid measures: 
Eye contact: Lift the eyelids and rinse with plenty of flowing water for 15 minutes. Do not rub the eyes during the flushing process, and seek medical attention if necessary.
Skin contact: Wash with plenty of flowing water, and if necessary, wipe with skincare products or seek medical attention.
Inhalation: Move to a place with fresh air and seek medical attention if necessary.
Ingestion: Drinking a large amount of water, vomiting, and seeking medical attention if necessary.The most important symptoms and health effects: Eye irritation, symptoms may include tingling, tearing, congestion, swelling, and blurred vision, as well as mild skin irritation.

Emergency measures for leakage: 
Protective measures, equipment, and emergency response procedures for operators: allow unrelated personnel to leave and use the recommended personal protective measures mentioned above.

Environmental protection measures: 
Avoid release into the environment, contain leaks, and prevent discharge into drainage systems, waterways, or onto the ground. 
The storage and removal methods of leaked chemicals and the disposal materials used:Small leakage: Wipe with absorbent materials (such as cloth or plush) and thoroughly clean the surface to remove residual pollutants.
Large leakage: If possible, control the diffusion and flow of the leaked material, and then absorb it with vermiculite, dry sand, or dry soil before placing it in a container. After product recycling, rinse the leaking area with water.

Product Safety and Precautions: 
Local normal protection and industrial hygiene regulations regarding chemical treatment must be followed, and thermal decomposition products must not be inhaled. Avoid skin contact with high-temperature substances.Do not eat, drink, or smoke when using this product. Thoroughly clean after operation. Avoid release into the environment.
