Cresyl Diphenyl Phosphate is a colorless or slightly yellow oily liquid, insoluble in water but soluble in various organic solvents, and prone to yellowing upon prolonged exposure to light. It has excellent compatibility with high molecular compounds such as polyvinyl chloride and polyurethane. Possessing good flexibility at room or low temperature, it also features outstanding wear resistance and stain resistance, along with superior plasticizing, flame-retardant and electrical properties.

3. Product Application Scope

(1) As an additive-type flame-retardant plasticizer, Cresyl Diphenyl Phosphate (CDP) boasts excellent compatibility, oil resistance, electrical insulation, good hydrolytic stability, low volatility, as well as superior low-temperature performance and wear resistance.

(2) Cresyl Diphenyl Phosphate (CDP) is suitable for polyvinyl chloride, polyethylene copolymers and polyvinyl formal. It delivers excellent flame-retardant effect when applied in cellulose resins and flexible polyurethane foams.

(3) Endowed with good electrical properties, low volatility, light stability and low-temperature performance, Cresyl Diphenyl Phosphate (CDP) is especially suitable for flame retardation in electrical circuit boards.
